How many times have you heard…”It’s easier to keep a customer, than it is to get a new one”. But how do you do this?

There are certain people that I buy from, quite often, you know why…I like their service or product, I like the person or store, and I get value for my dollars spent. These three factors are consistent every time, and if not, the provider can fix it to my satisfaction.
